Exchange Policy
Participating Merchants offer free exchanges within 14 working days from the date of delivery. Request for exchanges after the 14 days period will not be approved. You can exchange your product for a replacement product of equivalent or lower price from the same shop.
The following conditions are not eligible for exchange:
Orders which have previously been processed for exchange
Items which have been worn, washed, scented or have had the tag, if any, removed
Items with defects that appear after, or are caused by handling by customer
Swimwear and panties (for hygiene reasons)
Items purchased outside of the list of approved sellers in Qoo10 Singapore
Defects or wrong items sent are not part of the Free Exchange Policy. Customers can communicate with merchants directly for return/exchange, or apply in the cancel/refund menu.

Delivery Process
Customers will not be required to pay for the delivery charges for the mailing back of the item.
Qxpress will pick up the item from the designated address stated in the order.
The replacement item will be sent to buyer via Qxpress regardless of shipping method selected for the original order.
Please do not mail back the items on your own accord without raising an exchange request.
If an item is mailed back without a valid exchange request, the exchange will be invalid.
